I think the worst thing about child labor is kids might work 12 hours a day for only 50 cents with no breaks. Some of these kids are 5 or 6 when they start working and they work every day until they are older teenagers. I think everything about child labor is very wrong. I'm glad the America has child labor laws. There should be NO child labor in the world.

I agree, Paige. Children need to play, and grow, and be outside in the fresh air, not working. I am grateful to people who worked to put laws into effect to stop child labor in America.

Paige, I agree with you. I can't imagine allowing children to spend their days working instead of going to school. I am glad America has child labor laws too.
