I think the worst thing about child labor is children do not have childhoods because they work too hard to ever have fun or to go to school. The reason why I think this is because children all over the world are loosing their childhood. James Flores and eleven year old Tariah are stuck working for people that don’t care about their education. James works long hours picking crops that helps feed all of us. Tariah works picking trash in a dump and she is only eleven years old! That is what I think is the worst thing about child labor. What do you think?

I agree that children need to have childhoods without work. Kids need to play and learn and grow.
Now that we know about this problem, what are our next steps to get rid of child labor around the world?

Nice thinking, Maella. A lot of children are loosing their childhood. I think that the laws in other countries should stop and band child labor.

Nice opinion, Maella. I agree with you that children should be able to go to school and just have fun and be kids. So I think kids like you could really make a difference, and lets hope STOP CHILD LABOR!!!

That was really right about the children loosing their childhood over child labor Maella because they never can have fun so they have to work really hard and don't get cared for. Also they don't get a good education like we do. So we should ban child labor for good.

I agree with you Maella I think kids shouldn't have to work and should go to school. I feel so sad that Tariah, James and other kids are losing their childhoods to work. I think that we should do something about child labor so they can have an education and so they don't have to work.

You are right. Child labor robs these children of so much. It is so sad to realize that there are children around the world who are losing their childhoods and working such long hours instead.
